The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching products and services to potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, coordinating with the marketing team, and providing feedback to the product development team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Pitch & Product Presentation – Effectively present and pitch the company's IT and software solutions to potential customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding the company's customer base.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams – Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and provide feedback to the product team for service improvement.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure – Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalize agreements with clients.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Maintain sales records, prepare reports on sales activities, and track progress against targets.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up – Provide post-sales support and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Business Expansion & Networking – Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company services.
